This morning, still on Mozart re the 100 classical pieces...
The views...
Anne's latest is approaching completion...
The view from the office - I wrote a new tune last night - excellent chord sequence if I say so myself...
On the back burner...
...as I spent the early hours this morning creating an hour long piece based on Satie's Gymnodedie No 1...
...then gave another listen to Ed Sparks remix of Jamie - happy birthday old chum - missed...
Breakfast was eggs, just left to heat in a pot - so sort of fried - on toast..
Nice but no pics...
Today's jazz listening moved on to F...
...and got half way through G...
...This arrived in the mail...
...purchased re the Violin Concerto - which I didn't have and which is prescribed as one of the 100 classics - if I ever get past Mozart...
Pushed the boat out for lunch...
...during which the culprit who keeps knocking the food dispenser at the feeding station to the ground was caught in the act...
An intelligent crow...
Future jazz selections were selected..

Then this arrived by courier - a 7 CD box of lovely classical music, featuring works by over 25 composers and performed by some very talented young musicians...

And downstairs for tea - where this squirrel was inadvertently providing scraps for the big pigeon below...
Fish pie and salad..
Again, yum...
Then, to listening to the new arrivals on the trusty Sony CD Walkman, which was nicely plugged in with a nifty 4.5V power supply, found in the attic on Sunday. Worked a treat....
Later, upstairs for some main hi-fi listening, continuing with the box set and enjoying the aroma of neighbours Gail and Kevin's wood stove drifting in the window...
The views...

Today's random LP of the day...
Bought in 1985 for the Sparks track...
Elsewhere, a couple of pics came through recently on the family Whatsapp, featuring a young Exec Producer...
Can you spot her?
After 15 or 16 hours away, gave another listen to the Satie project...
It's actually quite good. It may see the light of day at some point...
That's it...
Lights out...
Into the end of the week, kind of...

Intelligent Crow is a fantastic name for a band. Anne (B&W) third row back second from right Anne (Colour) standing far right.
Ooofft - both wrong! You need to pop by our garden gate to remind yourself of what she looks like LOL!
B&W First in second row, Colour Third in first row! Surely!
But from the left or the right? And counting rows from the front?
Always, always left to right, right.
Clr pic Front/first row third from left
B&W pic Second row counting from front Anne is the first kid
Tell me i'm right?
Colour correct
B/W still ambiguous - if you're counting from the front, you're wrong...
Ok, i'm wrong. I gie up. Although I don't think she is in the picture at all.
B/W - Second row from the back, 1st person on the right
Colour - Front row third person from the left
