Up super early...

Noting, while down getting the first coffee of the day, that, though at first under lock down, I purchased no CDs, these 34 titles have now made their way into the collection over the last few weeks...

Outside, dreich...

Inside, eggs...

Anne's poaching was some of her best...

...while I opted for the tried and tested scramble...

..and Mr Puffin struggled to keep his head above the coffee...

As I recorded, still dreich...

Record of the day was La Dusseldorf's debut...

Very enjoyable indeed...

And the classical piece was another Beethoven symphony, his last, as we left Ludwig behind...

Then, from then till lunch in fact, putting together the podcast - new fashion...

Using Audacity, I firstly normalised all the tracks, including the links, then put them in the right order, editing the links and organising the cross fades and then created the 2 hour long MP3 for uploading...

Upside? It took probably around an hour less time to do it...

Downside? I didn't actually get to hear the podcast as I was making it, meaning I had to listen to it after it was posted up...

So, all in all, it took an hour longer...

Hmmm...

Lunch...

Anne's new painting stepped up to the painting station...

In the afternoon, she visited her mum, while I listened again to the new Edward Spark mixes of the CBQ tracks...

There was too-ing and fro-ing of stems and stuff between me and the producer...

The project is flowing again after a long hiatus...

In the evening, yesterday's (no doubt unmentioned) wine was finished off...

...during a Zoom quiz with Anne's family...

We came last - mainly due to it being a film quiz - and despite us once being an art house cinema going couple...

Not to worry - the taking part was good...

Mr, or Mrs, Squirrel was active at the feeding station later on...

I can't say, five days later, how the day was rounded off...

Other than that it was most likely with a shout of "right you two" at lights out time...

Highlight of the Day : Quizzing...
