The usual...

Scenes...

Today, Beethoven again - "Eroica" from this, one of my earliest box set acquisitions from way back...

The recording of the May environment continued...

Coffee...

More scenes...

The sun was soon up...

...and the beast was about its business, compiling chart albums from 1971 prior to breakfast and WFH...

Coincidentally, today's random record was just such an LP - Yes' "The Yes Album" - also enjoyed pre-breakfast...

Which was big and from Anne today...

...while the calendar cat looked on...

..and I recorded the good weather...

Uh oh...

Later on, the intelligent crow was spotted...

Here he is about to do his trick re the feeding station...

Later still, a visitor to the kitchen...

Sid, the cat from two doors along...

...she did not stay for lunch...

..which was enjoyed in the garden...

...before we headed for a walk, suitably attired...

A treat was enjoyed on the way back...

This evening, we ate again in the garden...

Tasty shepherd's pie...

Accompanied by some nice wine and the quiet music from my new, as yet unreleased,  "Satie" album...

Late on, post "Father Brown", which we did not watch at lunchtime due to the walk, I compared and contrasted the versions of Golden Earring's classic 1973 LP, "Moontan" which were released (a) in Europe and (b) the UK/US...

...as you do...

It occurred there is a place for the full 7 track version...

But that's for another day...

Lights out...

Highlight of the Day :  Compiling...
