Today, going by my notes on the first time this happened, back in March, should have been the last day of the knee pain...

But, this morning, it took me 30 minutes to make what is normally a 12 minute walk and 15 minutes for a 3 minute walk, after being on the bus...

 The weather was nice though, so not all bad...


However, mid morning, I noticed I was sitting with my leg in its usual position and the pain had receeded...

By lunchtime, walking was much closer to normal...

This Portuguese disc was deemed worthy of a chance being taken for just 99p at the BHF shop...


In the afternoon, some discussion of how a large financial institution ought to take things forward led me to receive two crisp red notes in a plain envelope...

I am not complaining...

The good weather remained as I made my way home...






The beast was looking at the sky...



With Anne at Zumba, I fully intended to record this week's podcast, having finalised the tracklist last night...

However, the new purchase caused a rejig...

So that's for another day...

The content was, however, listened to...

On telly, "The Windsors" continued to be very funny...

By close of play, the leg was almost normal, pain-wise...

Weird...

Anne reckons Osteo-Arthritis, stemming from an injury and operation from 1993/94...

She's the expert...
