On Sunday evening, I'd noticed a tightness above my left knee...

This got worse yesterday...

And, today even more so...

This has been being applied...

Home made soup for tea...

Dealing with the pain...

Watched the first "side" of Roger Waters' "The Wall"...

Not such good picture quality on the laptop for some reason...

Will need to wait for a gap in TV viewing to watch on the big screen...

How my listening works out pt 342 : a chance picture on The Twitter by chum Sid Smith with an LP in the background featuring saxophonist John Surman, led me to listen to said LP - the opening track reminded me of a piece on Laurie Anderson's "United States Live" 4LP set from 1984 - and so that was then listened to too...

And I recalled how great it was to go to that London with the Exec Producer in February 1983 to see this long extravaganza acted out over two nights at the Dominion Tottenham Court Rd...

Good times...

Ended the day with another good "Holby", always a Tuesday highlight...

Highlight of the Day : How listening works...
