Up at 4:50...
To the back room with the jukebox on the cans and reading some pieces from 1976 and the heyday of punk rock...
None of the journalists seemed to be aware that Joe Strummer didn't actually grow up on a deprived housing estate or that he was educated privately...
Hindsight shows you what complete and utter bollocks everything is...
Anyway, here's the shelf with the last 100 acquisitions on it...
...and here are those very acquisitions...
40% classical, 39% rock and pop and 21% jazz with no jazz at all in the latest 40, of which a whopping 60% are classical...
The tide may be turning...
This is how I waste my time first thing in the morning...
Continued in this vein by ensuring at least one track from each of the three hundred odd acquisitions of 2013 (so far) is in my 2013 folder for playing while I work...
And so, it was done...
In fact I managed to spend almost the entire day doing nothing other than listening to music...
I did not cross the threshold out into the sun, wind or clouds...
...but spent most of it here - rearranged thus this evening...
