Meg was back on one of her favourite perches this morning - she doesn't do this that often, now she's getting that wee bit older, so it's always good to see her looking lively...

...jumping down at the first sign of a possible breakfast (even if brain and thyroid tablets are included on the menu)...

...and beating Anne to the bottom of the stairs...

Nothing much to report today...

Capital Models negotiations progressing - looks like we will be a quartet once more...

And contact from old chum Ian Sclater out of the blue - though no musical involvement from me...

Kat McKenzie's album remains "imminent"...

In the evening, Anne was off up the Pentlands with chum Teresa, leaving me to sort things out re the computer...

Looking a bit tidier and some programmes do seem to be working...

Downloaded a good light database type music player (Foobar2000) but still not satisfied with what I'm going to use to rip discs...

Plus the trusty Creative Jukeboxes are not recognised by Windows 8 - so, possibly the end of more than one era...

On Anne's return, taking advantage of the new LT's mobility, sitting in the living room with the EP enjoying Glenn Gould playing Richard Strauss and the Huelgas Ensemble singing Agricola whilst surfing and, then, experimenting thus...

The second and third I prefer to the first...

Lights out...

Highlight of the Day : Meg still reasonably spritely...
