Out into rain...
Camera left behind...
HMV did not inspire...
At home, a mix re top ten albums in March and bringing up to date my "one track from each acquisition" folder, which has lain dormant for around 10 weeks, in which time over a hundred titles have joined the fray...
The worst part about doing stuff is catching up when you let things drift...
However, on listening back to recent tracks, I happened across one from an album bought in London in April, which prompted me to look into Gary Husband's output and so it was that I came across two previously unheard of discs featuring a plethora of stars of the jazz-fusion world including faves Allan Holdsworth and John McLaughlin, which, upon having been found to be good were searched for and ordered...
Similarly, a very cheap purchase re jazz oriented early Chicago...
On telly, "New Girl"...
More listening and surfing and news gathering led me to the fact that a new Dream Theater album is out this Autumn...
And so to bed with their last in the cans...
Highlight of the Day : Finding new works involving Mr Holdsworth...
