I've been doing a satisfactory amount of this, this week...
At home, some reasonably weird violin/viola based noodlings from the husband and wife team of the Zehetmair Quartet, Thomas and Ruth, who, early evening, post a blast of the recent Bowie album for the two of us, with Anne then out in the garden, took me through pieces by Ruth's brother, Rainer, Scelsi, Bartok, Holliger, Martinu, Nied and Skalottas along with a short piece by Peter Maxwell Davies - it was the searching on Amazon for the music of the last of these, which led me to purchase the disc...
As with most of this kind of stuff, you have to be in the right mood...

Later, "Spiral" season 4 continued to intrigue and entertain...
Then, the compilation of a new 2CD one-track-from-each-studio-LP collection of David Bowie...
I do like to compile...
