Return of the crutchmeister...

Playlist
Various – Miles Not Miles
Various - Music for Pam

To the hospital for physio first thing...

...and I am back on crutches...

Home to find chum Lynn a welcome visitor...

Meg the Black Cat pinched my seat...

In the afternoon, the Gas man attempted to fix our goosed fire but to no avail – he will return soon with “parts”...

Out to Loanhead with the finalised music for Monday...

Entrance will be made to two instrumental tracks from the proposed new CBQ LP...

The hyms will be “Morning Has Broken” which mum reckoned Pam must have liked as she chose it for her wedding in 1985 – and “Thine Be the Glory” – a favourite of our mum and which featured at our dad’s funeral in 2003...

Exit will be to a Paul McCartney song, followed by various others of Pam’s favourites plus a rehearsal tape of me covering The Killers’ “Human”, which I learned to play for a proposed gig in September which Pam was supposed to have attended but pulled out at the last minute for a night of drinking and carousing...

Probably the right choice given the gig was cancelled on the day...

So Pam never got to hear it...

All the music was approved by mum and by sister Sheila...

The Minister came round and we discussed the order of service and told him stories about Pam...

I advised it was my intention to write and read the eulogy – he will get a copy though in case I’m too upset to read it myself...

Back home and continuing to draft and redraft the eulogy...

And created the Order of Service...

Highlight of the Day : Pain slightly ameliorated by crutches...
