Slept in, kind of...
Purple sky...
The back room...
I am yet to use the new mixing desk...
Tuesday...
Uploaded Vol 43 of the podcast - that's me up to date post Friday's...
Saturday's...
Sunday's...
Monday's...
...and this morning's...
Am toying with the idea of doing this...
It will mean half the collection is not immediately on display but that spines will once more feature - which might spur me on to listen to more CDs?
Hmmm...
We'll see...
Work on the "booklet" for Whitby...
Realised some of the credits required work - also, added a pic of the suite sleeve, a QR code for CBQ on Bandcamp and a pic of the LPs involved...
With that done, off into town with Anne - down the hill and onto the bus...
A quick stop at the lawyer's office re mum stuff, then a bacon roll for me and two Americanos before walking along to the National Gallery...
...for a talk on Scotland's Photography collection - established in 1984...
Of 55,000 pictures (probably fewer than are on this blog!), only 100 will be in the exhibition...
Interesting chat from the speakers - with some of which, issue was taken by your correspondent and his Exec Producer...
Revisionism is especially annoying...
Anyway, out...
...and along to Bar+Block for what seemed a very worthwhile lunch deal...
A few wee things impacted on the experience - wrong drink for Anne...
Sorted...
No pics of the starters which were top notch - chicken wings for Anne, macaroni bites for me...
A huge wait for the mains...
Missing onions (not) on my (rather small and on a not great roll) burger
Chicken open sandwich for Anne which was reported as being very good indeed...
Anyway - every last scrap was scoffed...
And always good to be out and about...
As, soon, I will need to start on this...
...and this...
A bus caught immediately and home for coffees and three episodes of "DI Ray"...
A sandwich for tea then some music work - before watching the final "DI Ray" "live" (or actually 20 minutes behind "live" so we could FFWD through the huge amount of ads)...
Some music listening ended the day...
Another box of classical CDs added to my Discogs...
Lights out with Lee Scratch Perry...
Highlight of the Day: Out with Annie...
