New music Friday and so to downloading new music - nabbing, quite possibly far too much Giorgio Moroder...
I knew he wrote Chicory Tip's hit "Son of My Father" but did not know he'd recorded it and, in fact has an album of the same name...
To compiling the podcast and Luna appeared...
...and so, a break and downstairs to ten to her demands...
Updating chart albums - i.e. LPs that have made the UK album charts and which, had I unlimited amounts of cash, I would buy...
Only two additions...

Then, with Anne off to the hairdresser's, I did a new playlist of all my various artist compilations (physical and digital)...
Luna was relaxing...
1,571 titles - 139 x 24 hour days' of music...
I split it into:-
Funk & Soul (231; 21 days)
Jazz (186; 13 days)
Reggae (118; 11 days)
Rock & Pop (i.e. everything else) (1,036; 94 days)
...and was reminded that, five years ago now, I accidentally changed all the artists in around 30 or 40 collections to "Various Artists"...
Luna was behind the curtain...
Today I set about re-adding the correct artists for all the physical collections affected by my five year old faux pas...
It took an age but was satisfying to sort...
Luna was still relaxing...
On Anne's return, a break for lunch...
Which turned into a marathon afternoon binge of "Emily in Paris", which we only started watching yesterday - we watched episodes 5-10 inclusive...
Fang arrived but of course, could not come in, which perplexed him but he was happy to receive some Dreamies on the front step...
Spoiler - looks like the next series of "Emily in Paris" will be "Emily in Rome"...
Returned to the compilation artist tag sorting...
Finished in time for a late tea of chicken with serrano ham and chips 'n' peas...
Michael Portillo's long weekend in Madrid shows were of little use re our upcoming trip...
A new series of "Taskmaster" started...
Another good quintet - as usual those currently not that well liked will likely grow on us...
Listening to the 135 minute playlist for the podcast...
I moved to Anne's seat and, for the first time since her arrival, Luna paid attention to me, other than when I give her her breakfast...
But not for long...
She knows which side her bread's buttered on...
Oh well...
Time for an early bed...
