Today...

..breakfast at the station again...

..as we were off to Brandenburg...

...passing through Wahnsee...

..and making a stop at Potsdam...

...for me to revisit the fave book and CD shop (this isn't it)...

The box had gone - "did you sell it?" I asked the world's grumpiest shop owner...

"If it's not there I must have" was the reply, from a man who writes down everything he sells ...

Oh well...

Back...

...to the station...

...and on...

...to Brandenburg...

It was Saturday morning still, just...

...and we got a bus into town - everything strangely quiet...

Midday bells were recorded for future use...

A walk ensued...

...through deserted streets...

Eventually, we found ourselves at the Rathaus in the market square...

...where refreshments were enjoyed...

..and directions to "the shops" were sought...

Onwards...

...and back over the river via another bridge...

Just on the other side, we found this place...

It was packed full of interesting stuff including a ton of books and CDs...

...but it was closing and I had no time to look...

Probably for the best...

Sustenance was sought and, eventually, found...

Oooft...

Then, more walking...

...past the Russian monument...

..and, eventually (again)...

...we were back at the station...

The journey back to Berlin became a "Disco Train" re two drunk/drug addled natives and their huge boombox speakers...

No one seemed to care...

Back to the hotel...

...before heading back out...

...to the Prater once again for beers...

...followed by a "special" tea on our last proper evening in Berlin - choosing The Flying Monkey's Thai fayre...

Yumtastic...

And then, a walk up Oderbergerstrasse...

What's this?

A small, very dirty indeed, pig...

We have dined in this street at a few of the establishments on previous visits...

The sun was going down...

People were queuing for ice cream...

We passed the fire station...

...and a shop specialising in old East German "stuff"...

Eventually, into the Mauerpark...

Viel los!

 ...but not with Mr Warhol's name on the side this time...

...and back to the hotel...

For our final sleep in Berlin for now...
