On this day in 1982, I recorded a "live" cassette in my bedroom in Loanhead - a kind of best of up until then...

Like everything else I've ever done, it came to absolutely nothing...

But, I still have it...

I didn't bother listening...

Made this for the carers to show them how to put my mum's hearing aids in correctly...

Like that'll work...

Downloaded quite a lot of string quartet music...

Reading back on here re our German tour in the summer of 2019 to see Udo Lindenburg and recalled buying this CD in Dresden...

Gave it a spin this afternoon - v enjoyable...

He died from TB at just 24 but was already a professor of music at age 19...

Apart from the dying from TB at 24, that's better than recording a cassette in your bedroom when you're 23...

Around 8, Anne revealed chocolate eclairs to enjoy while we watched Scotland draw with Switzerland - when they could so easily have beaten them...

Oh well...

Hawkwind soundtracked nicely...
