Just three pictures on what was a long day..

First, working on Capital Models stuff pre our rehearsal today, as someone can't make tomorrow - before heading over to pick Paul up around 9:15 and out to Roslin...

We started around 10:45 and ended after 2, with a break..

for banana and chocolate cake, freshly baked by Moira as we played...

I mucked about with five songs not in our repertoire while the rest of the guys set up and chatted, before we got started...

In all we covered 30 songs today - the first session, I juts went round the guys and got them to choose a song to play, second session were tracks from the setlists we haven't played too often...

Rehearsal over, to my mum's house quickly to pick up a couple of things re her bank accounts and then on to the hospital...

She was very confused - suffering from delirium due to chest and urinary infections...

Not the best...

Finally home around 5 o'clock -  a long day...

Queen of the South v Montrose was on the telly (Hearts had already been pumped 5-0 in Glasgow by Scotland's newest club)...

Wine and bought on the way home prawns based pasta sustained...

Queens went ahead...

On the stroke of half time, one of their defenders saved a certain goal with his arm but neither the ref nor the linesman noticed and so a penalty and sending off were avoided...

However, Montrose equalised midway through the second half with a top notch free kick and then did receive a penalty award, scored, and another a couple of minutes later, also scored...

A consolation goal for QoS but a 3-2 loss at home...

Very disappointing...

Some telly later on, no doubt "Loudermilk" and "Leverage"...

Left the session editing till tomorrow...

Highlight of the Day : Rehearsing...
