It was still the weekend...

For the second day in a row, I downloaded an inordinate amount of string quartet versions of pop songs re my wedding idea...

And, later today, today became the day I discovered the Black Art Jazz Collective...

Anne was off out to ensure her mum got to church, back home, Fang paid a quick visit...

I tried to entice him with goodies to come upstairs to where I was working but to no avail...

...and soon he was back at the front door...

...although he didn't leave immediately...

...and popped back to say goodbye...

Played the 4th of my randomly selected 1971 releases...

...before getting down to finally recording and uploading 2024 Vol 6 of the podcast..

This evening, Anne made a tasty vegetable lasagna...

...which, as usual, I thought was top but, with which, she found fault...

Yum!

Later on the dish washing session was soundtracked by the 5th LP from 1971, The Hollies' "Distant Light"...

On telly today, some "Leverage", "Death in Paradise" and, between lunchtime and evening viewing, the first four of eight episodes of "Fool Me Once"...

Also today, caught up with my "charts", these being, at the end of week 7 of 2024, my current Top 20 LPs...

I had not heard of over half of these artists before this year...

Which is good...
