New music Friday but slim pickings - slim but good (see below)...

Breakfast...

The hare continues to near completion...

Anne off to Zumba, her ankle now almost healed...

I compiled and recorded this week's podcast...

In the afternoon, over to visit my mum, picking these up on the way, for tomorrow...

A chat with the nurse in charge revealed a few previously unknown things...

A reasonably soon return home is on the cards...

Mum is currently being monitored via four "visits" a day, replicating the proposed care package...

Buzzer calls are being kind of ignored as she will not have a buzzer or "buzzed" support at home...

They have given up on getting her to walk with a zimmer and she has been declared "immobile"...

When she goes home, her bed and toilet facilities will need to be downstairs and she will be provided with a "Sara Steady" machine which her carers will use to move her around, e.g. from bed to chair etc, when they are present...

Understandably on having this explained to her, she was pretty depressed and in "what's the point" mode...

But, at least she will be home...

Sheila and I will meet with the Occupational Therapist on Tuesday at mum's house...

Home...

This evening, "Leverage" and the penultimate "Reacher" before I retired to listening while Anne enjoyed Graham Norton...

,,,,and that was it...

Highlight of the Day : Podcasting...
