Done...

Then, catching up with writing up the CDs I own into the red books of, erm, the CDs I own...

It took longer than expected due to finding several errors throughout the second of these volumes, which contains that last 10 years of info...

What I was able to determine though, was that, over those years, in each of the 12 month periods up to 31 May, I acquired the following numbers of CDs:-

June 2013 - May 2014: 445
14/15: 358
15/16: 414
16/17: 558
17/18: 396
18/19: 441
19/20: 637
20/21: 420
21/22: 543
22/23: 315

Decade Total: 4,527
Decade Average: 453 pa

Anyway, a drive into town with the EP and I jumped out at the Meadows...

...and walked across the sunny parkland...

...checking out the music stages as I did so...

...there were two this year...

...and the stalls - only one with any CDs - I noted a few titles but did not partake...

Onwards...

...to Summerhall...

#

...and the Record Fair...

Dr Prog soon turned up, in his jaunty hat...

A couple of purchases made...

Then a coffee in the café, watched over by astronaut cats...

...while the Doc went all out with the souvlaki, having, shortly before, gone all out with a Springsteen box...

The world was set to right and then to the charity shop next door...

These for just 25p each...

£1.65...

£2.50 - although I already have a download...

And a book I'll probably never read, for £5...

And three 25p DVDs...

...of which it turns out I already have this one...

Back to the festival with a blurry Doc...

A walk across the grass, discussing the merits of the latest Yes LP...

A farewell to the doc and buses home...

Garden looking good...

Ripping and listening ensued...

Some football - the Scottish Cup Final...

...and a tasty curry from the EP...

Later in the evening, "The Recruit" continued...

Highlight of the Day : Out with the doc...
