Up at 4am...
Off we drove - firstly, picking Lynn up from her home, then, driving to the airport, where I dropped the ladies as close as possible to the main building, then, back to the house - coincidentally soundtracked at that point by Rammstein's "Deutschland"...
...as that was where they were off to - Berlin to be exact, on a, two year postponed due to Covid, 60th birthday special holiday for the two schoolchums of yore, leaving your correspondent to fend for himself until Sunday...
...five days from now...
To the machines just after 5...
...and considering my latest covers demos - turned, today, into LPs on the iTunes and into the phone...
...and, then, to watching "Terminator 2: Judgement Day"...
...always a fave...
...then, around 11:30, on a bus to that Glasgow...
...arriving around an hour later...
To Missing, with no time constraints (post Love and Fopp, from where, no purchases)...
I trawled through almost every CD...
...and eventually emerged, almost 2 hours later, with 24 (including one doubler), at the discounted price of just 20 of your British pounds...
The beast was about its business on the streets of that Glasgow with a bag full of goodies...
...but decided that that was very probably enough and so, made for the bus station...
...and the return trip...
...looking through all the purchases as the bus made its way across Scotchland...
Home and to some "cooking"...
Tasty...
Meanwhile, in Berlin...
At 7:30, the ripping and listening commenced...
The acquisitions...
Over the road, the cats wondered what was happening...
Before I knew it, it was two in the morning and time for bed perhaps...
Yes, time for bed...
Highlight of the Day : CD trip..
