Awoke this morning to the news that Leonard Cohen had died...

At 82 not entirely unexpected but, even at that age he just released an album a few weeks ago...

And, by all accounts, he has produced some of his best music towards what is now the end of his career - which, singing-wise, didn't start till he was at the relatively late age of 33...

Later in the day, Robert Vaughn - for my generation Napoleon Solo - yer actual Man from U.N.C.LE. - had also bid farewell to the earth...
