A painful start to the day, including an issue with the wound, which the Exec Producer took very efficient care of, whilst I winced like a pathetic baby...

A further podcast recorded and uploaded - top ten of 1968...

Late morning, a welcome visit from old chum and original mum of Meg the Black Cat and now mum to Phoebe the Black Dog...

...Julia...

Good chat was undertaken and wee Phoebe very much entertained - at one point she took to barking at a painting of Crispy Cat, which resides on the chimney breast at Crispycat Towers...

Cheeky wee monkey...

The rest of the day was spent in relaxation mode with DVDs and not usually watched TV programmes being watched...

A chicken was expertly cooked and enjoyed...

There was also some music listening of course, including a fine selection of old singles...

To bed late on - the pain makes going to bed something which is not looked forward to...

Lights out anyway though...

Highlight of the day : A visit...
