Painkillers were duly cut down today...

I continued with the project to create a podcast of albums of the year from 1959 to now...

1969 was uploaded this morning (click on "Podcasts - above)...

In the afternoon, in line with doctor's orders, a walk was undertaken...

...which, eventually, led me down into Corstorphine, where a trawl around the various charity shops presented itself...

This resulted in the purchase of ten CDs of the jazz variety for just five of your English pounds...

Only Sonny Rollins' "Worktime" was found already to be owned...

And so, these joined the collection and were enjoyed late this afternoon...

On Anne's return, some cooking was undertaken...

..accompanied by the killing of pain...

...and ELO...

Early evening, I fell asleep...

Woke in time to catch "Captal" and "Catastrophe", both of which entertained...
