November truly kicked in today...

...and the pain factor was high once more...

A visit to my mum at lunchtime will be the last time I venture forth until the doc says I'm ok to do so...

Complete rest for two to four weeks on leaving the hospital was the order and my forays outside have contravened that and I've noted some price paying having taken place...

Other than that, adding 1995 to iTunes and watching Tivo'd TV - "Cuffs" a new police show is deemed good, a three parter watched in one go, "Black Work" also very good...

After a slow and disappointing start, "London Spy" also looks promising...

And being laid up may well be sucking me back in to "Coronation Street"...

Last thing, a documentary on just how much food we waste in Britain every day because of (a) simply buying more than we'll ever eat, (b) adherence to stupid sell-by dates and (c) cosmetically preferred items (think bent carrots etc) was an eye opener...

More here - do take a look and read/watch what's on offer...

Lights out...

Highlight of the Day : "Black Work"...
