Once again trying to be upbeat today...

Anne was out with chum Lynn for most of the day...

I recorded and posted up a further four top ten podcasts...

On Anne's return, we enjoyed "Strictly" and watched, rather than "enjoyed" what has to rank as one of the worst episodes of "Dr Who" since it returned 10 years ago...

I concocted something for my tea, Anne having enjoyed a long leisurely lunch with Lynn...

Suffice to say, I wasn't feeling too well for the rest of the evening - during which much work was undertaken on the compiling and finalisation of 2016 family calendars...

Caught the end of a David Gilmour documentary - the rest is on the Tivo for future viewing..
