Our last day in Scheveningen...

Out for breakfast provisions...

Albert Heijn was not yet open so I went further afield...

...and pastries were enjoyed...

Then, time for some biking...

Down through Scheveningen town...

...to the beach...

A very enjoyable experience - notwithstanding my having to re-affix my chain following bouncing my bike down some steps...

On our way back...

...the inevitable stop off for coffee...

...and onwards back to base...

Then, a tram into town...

...for the market at the Plein...

Anne found it disappointing - I found a brand new Chick Corea CD for just two of your European Euros...

The vendor advised he used to have a CD shop - I advised I too was an ex-CD Shopowner - there was a mutual bond of commiseration but, at just 2 Euros for the CD, I think I came away the better off of the two of us...

Maybe...

A walk around the town...

...and back to The Eat Company for lunch...

...followed by further ambling...

..and a tram home to relax on the balcony...

In the late afternoon, out for more walking...

...as we made our way back to the beach...

Your correspondent had foolishly forgotten his sunglasses...

...to pack and prepare for tomorrow's exit...
