Soundtacked today by 23 recent acquisitons and 29 albums purchased in 1980...

Over five miles walked in total...

...under changeable skies...

...with sometimes more interesting sideshows than others...

To Fopp...

Unbelievable that people will pay over £10 more for the same music on an inferior reproductive format...

I purchased neither today...

Home under the sun...

...where "Agents of Shield" was once again caught up with and my playlists of the albums I still have, which were purchased in my first ten years of purchasing, were completed...

A "Horizon" investigating the difference between everyday drinking to the current limits (3 units per day for a man) and binge drinking (21 units in one go, once a week) were compared and contrasted...

Enough to put you off drinking for life...

Hangovers nicely explained too - it's actually your body poisoning you accidentally, as the chemicals it produces to process your alcohol intake attack your intestines, which allows bacteria from your gut into your bloodstream, which your body then fights as it would an infection...

Very interesting indeed...

To bed, without having imbibed...

Highlight of the Day : Getting back on the wagon...
