After a brief respite yesterday, very cold again - as noted on my return home last night beyond midnight, with the temperature gauge showing minus three degrees...

A walk at lunchtime to McAllister Matheson Music but nothing inspired...

Back home and a visit from sister in law Jane and niece Kitty - Kitty testing whether or not she is allergic to Meg the Black Cat with a view to the sanction of an upcoming baby-sitting scenario taking place at Crispycat Towers rather than in her own home...

Success...

Later, some updating of this, some tasty string quartets and the last in the first series of the very enjoyable "Some Girls"...

This was followed by a lovely tribute to Sir Patrick Moore, a childhood hero and a documentary on the making of "Bridge Over Troubled Water" by Simon & Garfunkel, who were, in my opinion, light years ahead of The Beatles...

Meanwhile, Count Brodski's Alloa defeated Queen of the South in the league tonight 1-0 by way of a penalty, thus bringing to an end the mighty Doonhamers unbeaten since the start of the season run...

Highlight of the Day : A visit from Kitty and Jane...
