Some time this morning thinking about my favourite CDs acquired this year...

In all, over 400 titles have made their way into the collection over the last 12 months...

I feel a list coming on...

Early aftertnoon, a trip into town with Anne...

We ended up at Pattisserie Florentin for coffee and cake...

A walk down to a blurry Stockbridge followed...

...and, in the Oxfam Music Shop, a Mogwai disc was taken for £3.99...

Back home and the early evening was spent watching "Prometheus" on DVD...

Much enjoyed by me but not by the Exec Producer...

Nowhere near as good as the hype and, despite all the press denials at the time of its release earlier this year, it is clearly an "Alien" prequel...

Later on, the first of a two parter re 2nd World War espionage, "Restless", with Charlotte Rampling, was also enjoyed, this time by us both...

And a couple of episodes each of "Big Bang Theory" and "Two Broke Girls" also entertained...
