Up early and had intended to go for a walk but Anne wasn't feeling in top condition and was already heading to Tynecastle this afternoon (Hearts 2 Aberdeen 0) and a Xmas party this evening...

So we drove to Patisserie Florentin for breakfast...

...and then a scoot round the shops, purchasing a KD Lang disc at VoxBox and then on to Oxfam (nothing) and Shelter - where a 20CD box of Classical was acquired for just six of your English pounds...

Purporting to be the complete classical collection, it features one disc each by, in chronological order:-

Spent the afternoon ripping and listening...

Chum Michelle arrived around seven and I took her and Anne to the party out at Ingliston, in the company of fire jugglers...

Meanwhile, Meg took over in the hot seat...

...while I watched some TV ("Terminator") and, generally, wasted my time till I returned to the venue for 1am to provide lifts home...
