Up early and last minute prep for a task this morning...

The Exec Producer took me into town and my efforts over the last few weeks for something I've been up to since last August but which has been set to one side due to events with sister Pam bore some successful fruit...

On the way back, walking through St Andrew Square, these views of space entertained...

In Fopp, two for £5 on Impulse and Prestige jazz CDs led me to procure 2 on 1 discs by Ahamad Jamal, Archie Shepp and Albert Ayler, along with two discs by Mr Coltrane and one by Mr Rollins...

Tasty...

Further along Rose St, a gang of seagulls had taken over a table outside a bar...

Later on, Jack the Jack Russell made an appearance, pet of chum JK (not Rowling)...

Back home for some celebrational jazz listening, a cheeky wee bottle of red and, post Anne and Lynn's Zumba, a takeaway curry...

"Not Going Out" and "Have I Got News For You" entertained before sending chords and words for "Starman" and "Perfect Day" to Jamie and Keith for consideration re adding to the covers setlist, should we ever play again...

Highluight of the Day : Succeeding when I thought I'd fail...
