Pam seemed a wee bit better today but we cannot expect or even hope for a full recovery until we know the result of the MRI to take place on Monday and what can be done thereafter...
For now we must hope the steroids reduce the swelling...
But, as of this morning, she's on Chemo, steroids and two differnt anti-seizure drugs, so the prospect for side effects is not exactly low...
Her speech was still not great but her strength, while nowhere near 100%, was better than yesterday...
The trio visited Tesco for provisions before I headed over to a book sale brought to my attention by chum Suzanne...
Millions of books...
Best I procured amongst a pile of six, all at 70-80% discount, was AC Grayling's collection of philisophical writings "Thinking of Answers"...
Back home for sandwiches for lunch and visits in the afternoon from chums Julie...
...and Lesley...
In the evening, Anne cooked a tasty tea of salmon fillet, asparagus and new potatoes...
The rest of the evening was spent watching TV - "Strictly", "Dr Who" and two episodes of one of Pam's favourites, "Franklin and Bash" - one for us to add to our list...
Off to bed but not much sleep these days for worrying what next week will bring...
Highlight of the Day : Pam a wee bit better but still not great...
