Up early once again but, today, post letting Meg out into the garden...

...it was straight to the gym - it's open 24 hours a day...

I have a choice of two in Edinburgh so, this morning, I drove to the one I wasn't at yesterday...

But I couldn't find the entrance...

So up into town and back to yesterday's venue...

Worked out again...

Home to Annie and Meg the Black Cat and breakfast accompanied by "Something For the Weekend"...

Wrote up this for the last few days then went through my drawers of T Shirts and found several which I don't think I've ever worn before...

Ditched quite a few too...

But not this souvenir of a Tubes show in 1978 - still fits!!

...sort of...

Watched Thursday's "Torchwood" (5 of 10) - they're certainly dragging it out but I must grudgingly admit it's getting better - and a good trailer for the return of "Dr Who" at the end...

Out to a nearby shopping centre...

...soundtracked by music written in honour of the first American aviator to be killed in World War One...

...for the one thing missing from my wardrobe...

Shorts...

As you can see here (and above), still some work to be put in at the gym...

Back home to be met by Meg...

...and next door's dog, Tio...

Francois Truffaut's 1968 film, "Stolen Kisses", left us struggling to find the point...

Meanwhile Meg had found a cosy spot on the table...

A tasty salad based tea, then some work on future CBQ music - I now have around five or six ideas, from the fully formed "Vendome" down to a couple of pieces comprising solely rhythm tracks at this point - but the album's not due till 2012 so plenty of time...

Played through a few cover versions too...

"Law & Order UK", the new Sunday night staple, entertained later on - although the ending was a bit of a shocker...

It was followed by the inevitable "Match of the Day 2"...

Another weekend over..

Highlight of the Day : Organising...
