Up late at 10:15 and a bit of a rush to get down to the bus station for today's trip - nipping into City Bar to pick up a couple of pastries for breakfast - no time for a coffee stop though...
We took the bus to Villasimius, 90 minutes away along a spectacular coastal road...
The bus dropped us in the centre of the town leaving us with a long walk in the sun down to the beach but it was worth it for the idyllic isolation which we enjoyed whilst doing further book reading...
After a couple of hours, we walked back to the town for a coffee, a pannini and an ice cream each...
The views were better on the way back to cagliari, as we were on the "right" side of the bus...
Walked up the hill to home from the bus station and did some more reading before going out at sunset...
Tonight we opted for a couple of very tasty turkey based kebabs with all the trimmings and visited a new to us coffee shop, Savoie...
Found a lift which took us half way up home from Piazza yenne - after spending days taking a convoluted uphill route which allowed us to avoid all the steps...
After taking some night shots on the promentary, we headed home and caught the end of Chelsea v Barcelona with the former getting their just desserts for spending almost the entire 180 minutes of the tie with 11 men behind the ball...
Tonight's film? "Lethal Weapon" - in Italian...
