...and on to the bus at 10:07 - some element of delay due to an overnight fire at the old Debenhams on Princes St...
Arrived at 11:06 - good time made...
To Hope St for a bus across to Byres Road...
Some looking around the shops but nothing found - I swithered over two Patty Griffin CDs but did not pull the trigger (had not heard of her but they looked interesting - should've bought them - only a quid each - not to worry - downloaded them later this evening)...
Hot drinks enjoyed...
At 12:30 to Banta Wala to meet up with nephew Olly - just back from the World Cup with the Scotland Team and with top tales to tell...
Excellent fayre indeed here - we will return...

...where we caught the 4pm bus home...
