Tried to sleep on but to no avail...
Up and writing this...
Then, my tax return,almost 4 months after I could have done it...
But earlier than last year...
A late breakfast - adding beans today...
Listening to new things in - Jane Birkin, Soledad Brothers...
My Top 20 of 10 years ago, on shuffle...
Spent some time adding a new folder to the mobile unit - a track a day for 2026, i.e. one track from each of my LPs of the day - as featured in my podcasts...
Hence the rather large playlist above...
I also considered restarting my "PlayEveryCD" project, abandoned after 18 days in MArch 2025 - whereby I was playing one track from every CD acquisition in chronological order at a rate of 36 a day
A banana and unbuttered toast for lunch...
Two new things this afternoon - despite not having finished the new things already started...
1st of a German thriller series...
And two of a Spanish comedy...
The latter better than the former...
Some more listening while Anne prepped the tea...
...and a squirrel had theirs...
Prawn pasta - yum...
This evening, three more of "Animal" (or "Old Dog New Tricks" to give it its English title)...
And "Fake or Fortune" (Fortune) - and "Animal Park"...
And bed...
