This evening too a very sad message from childhood friend Lindsay...
Her mum Moira, who, along with her dad Lex, two of the best "old" people I ever knew, recently had to move into a care home, died last night at midnight...
A long time reader of this stupid diary and, indeed, one of the few commenters, I first met her when I was about 4 or 5 years old on holiday with my mum and dad...
The four adults became great friends over the years...
