...it's the 90th day of the year. I'm choosing an LP a day every day this year (same as last year) and here are those first 90...

 Every single one of these is worthy of your attention (IMHO of course)...

1966 reached the penultimate 10. These have a 50% chance of making the (my) final 5. How many of yours are still in the running? Will they make the final cut tomorrow?

I integrated the guitaring from what was the third version of "The Return of Symmetry" but only after much mucking about with tempos etc...

Nonetheless, it turned out nicely...

Morning Wednesday morning.  My favourite niece was on her way home...

1966 down to these 20...

Created the bonus material for the release of "Dissolution II" on Friday - a 35 minute, four part suite, incorporating all 10 tracks and the ambience involved...

Pleased with that particular piece of conjuring...

Also uploaded the Creek release due on Friday - the first of over 30 back catalogue re-releases planned, to bring the Edinburgh electronic improvisational quartet's work onto Bandcamp over the coming months and, indeed, years...

Mr (or Mrs) Squirrel popped by and eyed up the feeding station...

...but did not partake...

Fang was in too...

...while WFH was undertaken, soundtracked now by the original recordings of the proposed "glam sets"...

Tasty...

This evening, out to the football...

Once again, I was hopeless and my team lost by around 3 goals in the end...

Oh well, it's the taking part that matters - as the losing teams always say...

Anne was out for a long lunch with chum Debbie and so, a solo baked potato for tea...

Eventually leaving after around 8 hours or so...

Tonight was the final ever episode of "Holby City" which long time readers will know has been a staple for us now over a good number of years (although not the full 23)...

It was handled pretty well indeed, with the death of Jac and the distribution of her organs and a closing voiced over monologue which was dedicated to the dedication of the NHS..

 "This is what the NHS means to us. Not a badge on a cabinet minister’s lapel. Not a number down the side of a bus … it’s all of us doing the best we can in impossible circumstances." was particularly resonant...

We left the cast receiving the consequences of a major incident...

Monday, again...

Up, not too early...

Soundtrack this morning was far out jazz..

I don't recall quite how it happened but, this afternoon's music comprised mainly Girls Aloud and the solo work of the various members...

 Then, to compiling a possible "glam based" setlist for Capital Models comprising only songs by David Bowie, Roxy Music, Bryan Ferry, Brian Eno, Lou Reed and the Velvet Underground - and only using songs we either already play or which I have recorded in the past...

It took me to 48...

I had to research quite a few chord and lyric sheets to add to the library...

On telly, the last semi final of "University Challenge" - I seem to recall we came third with around 85 points...

I's getting to the stage where we don't get to hear a lot of the questions due to the contestants buzzing in...

C'est la vie...
