Monochrome Mittwoch...

On which 2011 was whittled to just 20...

What's this?

Those are the wet paw prints of a Dreamies loving wee black cat...

What do you want Fang?

Dreamies!

...and a snooze for the entire day...

Fang was not interested in the visiting Robin...

...or the visiting, post Zumba with Anne, Lynn...

Much phone comparison took place...

Nice skies in the late afternoon...

At 7, to the court for tonight's 5 a sides - ostensibly the last appearance by veteran since the mid 90s, Nigel...

I was in his team and, despite an edict prior to the game that Nigel's team ought really to be allowed to win, we lost by 3 goals (tho, at one point, after being 3-0 up, we were around 7 behind)...

The beast was puggled post match...

...but made it to the Broughton for post match drinks and chat and much reminiscing...

Two mystery players from days gone by made an appearance, Dave "Hearts Dave" King and Walter aka "Waldorinho"

Your correspondent tried on Walter's game glasses and cap...

...most probably due to too much Amstel...

A bus home around 11:30, with my actual bus in front of it...

...which was finally caught, allowing me to swap and getting me to the terminus around midnight...

A walk down the hill...

...and to bed, not too much the worse for wear to be fair...

Highlight of the Day : Footie celebration (tho it turns out Nigel will play next week!)...
