Morning Saturday morning...

“What’s the time Dave?”

“Why it’s Stupid o’clock”…

To the podcasting machine...

And, while recording the second half, also Tweeting 21 CDs which I bought what seems like just yesterday but, already, it was three months ago...

Then, with enough posting of stupid CD purchases, to editing out all the stupid botch ups in the two halves of the podcast, putting it all together, sticking it up on Mixcloud...

Done by 8:20...

Another cracking programme of music for listeners whose broad musical minds are open, who don't just want to keep listening to the same old thing and who are perhaps looking for something new and inspiring. Is that you? Hopefully!!

Then, out for breakfast and to deliver birthday cards...

But not necessarily in that order...

Firstly, down to Leith and to Keith and Maureen's - they are away with the family so, through the post box it went...

A suitable venue for breakfast took some finding - everywhere on nearby Easter Rd was only doing takeaways...

Eventually, down to Newhaven...

 to The Haven...

Which was...

This egg is very close to the camera...

Home through the rain, via Jane and Bobby's to drop off Jane's card and flowers...

Both Jane and Maureen will enjoy their birthdays tomorrow...

No pics but good chat and a visit too from chums Brian and Fiona...

Home and some filing and listening...

This one of the things being filed...

Then this...

...inspired by Sid Smith showing a Ligeti record which someone sent him as a present out of the blue - Sid advised he sold off many of his records in the 1980s as he moved around various abodes and switched to cassettes for convenience - and so it was good to have the record again...

Then, this...

Knowing this is what diaries are for…

Looking back on the three days we were there, makes me want to return…

Also, inspired by Andy Long on Twitter playing some Gary Husband interpretations of John McLaughlin, these were given a spin...

Later, Stu Cobley wanted to know if that was the Scotland score on the front of the Cage box?

They were playing Israel and managed to win 3-2 after being behind twice...

Forgot to mention that, last night Queens beat Partick Thistle 2-0 in the Challenge Cup...

Noted today too that top of my head is particularly unattractive...

This evening, at the recommendation of Bob during our earlier visit, we ordered an Indian from new place Khukuri...

Pakoras were good...

Anne's was declared the best ever...

..but mine was not enjoyable for some reason...

Oh well next time...

Called my mum to get her shopping order and Anne added this to my list...

Very late on, we stumbled a cross an excellent comedy "Games Night"...

Which took us to around 1...

Lights out on another good Saturday...
