Up and finally, finally, got this up to date (though there are a few days from May still to be done, a couple from our holiday last September and a few languishing since around 2009 or something I'd need to find, before I'm completely up to date)...

Anyway, up...

Loading yesterday's sessions into the system...

Downstairs for a coffee and cleared the dining room table of Anne's WFH stuff because we are, ostensibly, on holiday this week...

It takes an absolute age to load up the sessions - one is 2hrs 20 the other around 45 mins...

But, eventually, done, edited and work we did put together to form performances which didn't actually happen...

Then, all tracks uploaded to the cloud for the others to download at their leisure and listen and learn...

Breakfast at home...

Anne was out shopping with her mum and returned home with a machine from Bob that will tell us if we are going to electrocute ourselves if we insert a screw into the ceiling to attach stupid alarm things that the Scottish Government is insisting every home has by February...

Anyway, it seems there are rather a lot of wires in our ceilings so, instead, we decided to return equipment to Bob (and drilling stuff Lynn & Ross) and, post a soup and boiled egg lunch and a couple of episodes of "Community", we headed to B&Q for some very sticky sticky stuff...

Mission accomplished...

Then, as we are on holiday, we took a drive to a wee garden centre at Riccarton for coffee and cake...

Sadly, the café was closed today but, there were goats...

...an unpictured Ostrich and this cute wee chicken...

...and Anne got some new plants...

On the way back, we stopped elsewhere for some goodies...

..and, after sticking the things to the ceilings with the very sticky sticky stuff, enjoyed them with coffee and "Granchester"...

Later, Anne headed to pilates, while I enjoyed Peter Maxwell Davies 1st symphony, from 1973...

...and some tuneless string quartetting from Micheal von Biel, suggested on the internet by avant garde group Apartment House...

On Anne's return, a good macaroni cheese tea (with additional beans for me), and a good performance (140) on "University Challenge" (certainly beating Sussex' unbelievably low 10!), followed by "Taskmaster" and three more episodes of "Community"...

This morning, I'd done something I do a lot and looked back "on this day" here and found that, six years ago was Jane's 50th birthday party, three years ago, our last day in Ludlow with chums Teresa and Christopher and, two years go, Herman van Veen, live in Hamburg...

And, today, I discovered a new HVV album and partook of same, digitally, plus some other actual stuff re Mr VV and Udo Lindenberg, all of which is now winging its way towards us...

Its what I do...

Lights out...

Highlight of the day : Not really having to do anything...
