Saturday - always good to be up when you still have 2 hours of your podcast to record...

...which requires coffee...

Covers finalised for the two proposed Eno LPs - edits of each in the podcast...

Breakfast...

...then, with Anne in the garden, over to Davidson's Mains and some purchases made (the Cancer shop advised it will stop selling CDs and DVDs at the end of September - Uh oh!)...

Anyway, a nice book...

...and this, of whom, nephew Craig was talking the other night...

Whatsap'd him and advised I fully expect him now to partake of this...
Today's haul...

Let the ripping and listening begin...

20th Century classical..

South African rap...

North East weirdness (frankly, this has to be one of the worst albums I've ever heard!)...

Electronica...

A good one...

One without the CD in it so I downloaded it instead and burned it to a CD-R and put that in the cover...

A hip hop classic (Beastie Boys' "Paul's Boutique")...

Party time...

This turned out to be 3 DVDS - Anne says there's not enough space in the living room to use it...

Oh well...

More Hip Hop - what's wrong with me?

The aforementioned Jurassic 5...

This - because, you know, it was 50p, for charity...

...and, probably the best of the day (along with DJ Shadow)...

A discussion on Twitter about having had CDs by Mr Bungle over 20 years ago but having let them go...

Edward Spark wanted to now what was on the Hip Hop collection...

More discussion on the Twitter about the imminent release of a recording of a newly finished version of Beethoven's unfinished 10th - I used to have this in the 80s - suspect I sold it in the shop as I no longer have it...

...although I have now downloaded it...

So I do, again...

The sky outside was good but I was inside - watching on Twitter, Queens lose once again (2-1 at Inverness) while Anne was out at Tynecastle watching live, Hearts win again (3-0 v Livingston)...

Tonight, a Chinese takeaway and some new music...

Eno sings again...

PSB but not Pet Shop Boys...

...and us from a couple of weeks ago, as prep for tomorrow...

We no doubt watched something on TV, from the box or the internet but I don't recall exactly what...

A good Saturday nonetheless...

Highlight of the day : Shopping...
