Two sleeps till Xmas but agreed with Anne today, that the best day of the year is actually Xmas Eve...

It's the anticipation...

In relation to that, some compiling this morning 1st thing and some trying out of said compiling soundtracked the day...

Anyway, out and down the hill and into town...

Forgot to say that, yesterday was probably the best I've felt since Friday the 23rd of October...

Today I was back to just OK but still progressing...

Lunch at the oldest Chinese restaurant in Edinburgh with chums Bernardo, Lodger, Gaz, Wheelie, Gav, JB and Luke...

An enjoyable time but which precluded further Xmas shopping work...

Home in the dark...

...and immediately to B&Q as, this morning, the pull switch for the bathroom lighting became goosed...

A repair/replacement scenario has risen its unwelcome on these dark days before Xmas' head...

Home with DIY things having been secured...

Finished the "single artist" classical ripping project...

Uploaded files re the Winter Solstice project...

On telly, an episode of OK but now cancelled comedy "A-Z" was enjoyed, along with episode 2 of "Tripped" re travel across parallel universes...

Enjoyable hokum...

Into Xmas Eve with music acquired 40 years ago...

Highlight of the Day : A nice lunch...
