Feeling grim today...

All notions of leaving the house (post the fulfilment of an early morning appointment with Helen the Podiatrist) were out the window...

I'd hoped it'd get better but, late afternoon, finally messaged old chum Robert Hind that we wouldn't make it along to his 50th after all...

Much of the day was spent catching up on recorded TV and ripping more CDs not already on hard drives - concentrating today on "single artist" classical discs, of which, these are some...

In the evening, instead of being out carousing - notwithstanding that my carousing factor is currently severely limited - "Strictly Come Dancing" seemed to be on TV for the entire night...

I had wanted Georgia and Giovanni to win but was ok with the final result of Jay and Aliona - anyone but Kelly, who seemed to be continually overmarked - particularly receiving 40 for a Charleston which was completely overshadowed by Georgia's of the dance before...

Anyway - that's that over and done with for another year...

Reasonably early to bed...
