A partial return to normality from today...

Feeling tired and a little sore but soldiering on...

In Yorkshire, nephew Andy and his wife Tori advised the arrival, in the early hours of the morning, of their baby - his forenames are Douglas, after my dad, who died in 2003 and Ray, after Tori's grandfather, who died more recently...

I suppose, on that basis, had things not gone quite so well a few weeks ago, the new youngster might have been called David...

And, had he been born five, rather than seven, days early, his birth would have coincided with the fourth anniversary of sister Pam's passing...

But hey ho enough maudlin thoughts - it's celebration time and he looks ok for a baby - I tend to think they all look the same till they get a few months under their belt...

Meanwhile...

The big ripping project continued to the point where I am within reach of the end of the "rock & pop" albums...

On TV this evening, "London Spy" ended reasonably satisfactorily but I would have liked to have seen what happened to the characters post the end titles...
