Felt a bit better this morning, although the pain does seem to have increased a bit over the last few days...
Doctor said that it could last for months though, so hey ho...
This morning, I spent some time compiling my "songs of the week" list for 2015 - which is reflected in the playlist above to a large extent...
Then, we watched the last two episodes of "The Bridge" - I think this was the best of the three produced thus far...
In the afternoon, out to my mum's - where it felt like a jungle might feel...
Accordingly, some work sorting out her heating system...
An unknown caller whose calls mum had been ignoring for a while was investigated - turned out to be "cousin" Robert (I have no cousins as my parents are both only children), son of "Aunt" Edith, one of mum's oldest chums, who died recently...
Anne put the number into the list of acceptable numbers on the phone...
...and mum enjoyed a phone call...
Elsewhere, instead of a new TV, we think she needed a new remote control - so one was secured and set up...
We'll see how that goes...
On to Anne's mum's, where Kitty was proud of her new nails...
...and subjected her old ill uncle to the sounds of Justin Bieber on her phone...
A big tasty salmon was served with unpictured but very also tasty new tasty potatoes...
...and these other trimmings (including home made mayonnaise)...
Chocolate biscuits had their sell by date checked, their birth date having previously been mistaken for it...
And Olly was interested in depth of field...
...and wearing my glasses...
A quick run back to my mum's to collect my accidentally left behind earlier mobile phone, then home to enjoy Tivo'd film "Rio" and finishing off listening to my songs of the week for the year...
