Xmas Eve at last...

...and out into the rain...

It soon cleared up...

..and last minute (or normal time for me) Xmas shopping was able to be completed...

Home to Crispycat Hill...

...and down to Crispycat Towers...

...where the team carried out a chord light switch repair without either of us being electrocuted...

...which as nice...

Then, making up the final Xmas present for Anne - a collection of music from 2015 which I think she might like...

Finally, wrapping..

We watched some Xmas TV - not "The Snowman"...

...rather "It's a Wonderful Life" and "Christmas with the Kranks"...

I seemed to have gotten something in my eye during both films...

To the kitchen...

Soundtracked...

Some dancing took place...

Some of the performance presented was not quite as good as that of a seasoned twice weekly Zumbaista...

I am nothing if not trying...

Cooking also took place...

...and I had my first red wine since leaving Bordeaux back in October...

The Exec Producer executively produced...

...a superb dish...

...of tasty Xmas Eve fayre...

Yum...

Crispy...

..and Meg looked on...

...as the Exec Producer then executively produced two lovely crème brûlées..

...and we looked forward to tomorrow...

I was snoring on the settee early doors - just two glasses of 13% red wine will do this to a man who has not drunk any red wine for nine weeks...

One last sleep came earlier than expected...

Highlight of the Day : Xmas Eve tea...
