Pain levels were such that I succumbed to the lure of the painkiller once again...
Despite this, a tasty Xmas lunch with chums...
I eschewed the free flowing wine for sparkling mineral water...

Pain continuing - perhaps the Xmas lunch contributed - it's difficult to tell - especially as the pain was present prior to it...
