Put the vitamins away, there's no need...

Playlist
King Crimson - Starless and Bible Black
King Crimson - USA
Brad Mehldau - Where Do You Start
Weber - Piano Music Vol 2
King Crimson - The Great Deceiver
King Crimson - Red

A fairly horrible drizzly day - unlike yesterday I had my camera with me - but nothing enticed...

In the evening an excellent home made chili from the Exec Producer was much enjoyed while, music-wise, apart from some piano music from Mehldau and Weber, King Crimson kind of reigned...

I have a few items in the iTunes library...

That's just a small sample though really...

Other than Miles Davis, I think Crimso is probably the most represented artist in the collection, disc wise...

On telly enjoyed "Big Bang" re-runs, "Don't Trust the B", "Law & Order Criminal Intent" and "Trust Me I'm  A Doctor", the last of these, after last week having de-bunked the "you have to drink litres of water a day to be healthy" myth, this week de-bunked the "you have to take vitamins and vitamin supplements to be healthy" myth...

It seems spending money on vitamins just gives you rather expensive pee, as your normal diet will most likely be providing you with what the body needs and any extra intake doesn't give your totals a boost, it's merely pissed out by your body - which, funnily enough, knows more about matters than very clever marketing campaigns...

Also destroyed was the idea put out there by private medical companies that people ought to have scans when there's nothing wrong with them "just in case" (at a considerable cost of course)...

Another waste of money...

Unlike my King Crimson box set...

Also, for people who spend much of the day sitting down, standing instead for four hours a day but keeping everything else in your life exactly the same, could lose you half a stone of fat in a year, or could be the equivalent of running ten marathons in a year...

Contemplating a "standing up desk" for the Crispycat Console...

Highlight of the Day : King Crimson and a tip top chili...
