This evening, after attending an event celebrating the start of the journey of the Commonwealth Games Baton, including a presentation from its designers, it was along to the Voodoo rooms for a charity raising event for Maggie's Cancer Centres...
Entertaining us were Lisa Rigby, Norman Lamont, Fiona Thom and Sam Barber...
The beast won some stuff in the raffle...
...as did Ali Impossible, seen her with step-daughter Olivia
A very good night, all told...
...with an emotional final song, written by departed musicking chum Fraser Drummond and sung tonight by his brother...
...backed up by almost everyone who had played tonight, and introduced by Scott Renton...
Home just after midnight clutching chocolates and wine...
