A more "normal" breakfast today, freshly squeezed melon and pineapple juice...
...with toast and Swedish preserves...
A day of relaxation other than a walk to the local shops to buy some vegetables to accompany the chicken purchased on Friday...
Walked back via the local woods but did not enter due to mud...
A welcome visit from chum Debbie...
...who brought some jam doughnuts and some entertaining chat...
She'd been looking for a track for ages with the line "Don't cry for me" in it - kept getting the Argentinian song of course...
Found it after a wee search, e-mailed it to her and burned it to a CD...
After her departure, the ladies settled down to watch the remainder of England v Scotland at the rugby...
...while your correspondent surfed and listened to music...
Pam's roast chicken dinner was excellent - with a goodly amount of vegetables...
...and the wee birdie will be the main ingredient in some upcoming soup...
The rest of the evening was taken up with "Not Really Celebrities Dancing On Ice" and the first of a two-parter of "Waking the Dead", before hitting the sack...
